Sweet Spot

One of my favorite things about my new lens is it allows me to focus on one little or big thing (The Sweet Spot) while giving a graduated blur around it. This lens goes against some rules of photography, which I love and you can even make EVERYTHING blurry which can give a really cool affect and can be really dreamy.

New Lens...In Love!

I got a new lens and I am totally obsessed and in love. It does all kinds of cool stuff and has lots of different attachments, it' like 50 lenses in one! lol. Being that I love doing lots of different stuff with my photography (hence, Artistic) this is totally the lens for me. Love the dreamy feel of these pics, wait til you see what else it can do! I am sure I will be posting up many more when I the time permits this week!

My bestie Candace

When you have moved someone by your work, that is success. I believe to trigger an emotional response from someone who is viewing your work is one of the best things you could do. It means you did what you set out to do and let the world see through your eyes....I love this. Thank you so much Candace. What began with acting silly, like a little girl became molded into this piece of art. I want this to be at my funeral...reading, " This is me running into Heaven!" Ahhh....soooo happy.

Miss Addison

Addison was one of the first babies I photographed! It was an honor to do another shoot for her and her family at this new stage in her life. It was an adverturous day at the park for us and she was in her most natural element, which makes for some personality revealing photographs. She has plenty of it and I love her!

Another Simple Beauty From the Coast

This is another old abandoned house close by. I added texture to this one and love the old effect it added. I esp. LOVE the little tiny graves you can see right in the middle. I love graveyards!
